About Us

Fastrack is a Construction Management, General Contracting, Design Build and Consulting Firm. Founded in 2003, Fastrack MCI provides Construction Management/General Contracting Services to Owners, A/E's, Municipalities, Developers as well as The Real Estate Industry.

Our qualified team of roughly 20 employees is led by Sasha Bubanja, Executive Vice President and John Lesh, Project Executive. Combined Sasha and John have over 50 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Working under them each project has a Project Manager who works both in the field and in the office with a Superintendent who is always in the field.

Fastrack is committed to delivering innovation. Fastrack MCI works with its clients to help achieve high performance results. Our team of professionals leverage leading edge technology using modern management tools and identify new opportunities that drive the constructability of your project to the limit. We take a hands-on approach, based on rigorous and objective project analysis to give our clients a fresh perspective on value creation, competitive strategies and implementation programs.

Our construction and consulting experience aids in all phases of preconstruction, from design, through scheduling, construction, and closeout. Fastrack MCI combines their technical and business skills with decades of construction and engineering experience to maximize value to our clients.

Grace Bubanja President and CFO of Fastrack MCI. She oversees all financial aspects of the company on a daily basis. Along with a strong financial support of the organization she also oversees all HR. She is also instrumental for leading the companies structural organization. She has been in South Florida since 1972.

Sasha Bubanja is the Executive Vice-President and Co-Owner of Fastrack Management & Consulting, Inc. He has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. Sasha received his Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York in Buffalo, New York, with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, and an Associates Degree in Building Construction from Wentworth in Boston Massachusetts.

John Lesh is the Project Executive of Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. He has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of the Construction Industry. He has been a Member of ASCE since 1986. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering at Iowa State University in Ames IA.

Jeff Rabold is a Project Manager for Fastrack Management & Consulting, Inc. Jeff has over thirty-five years of construction experience. Jeff attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois and graduated from the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois with an Associate of Arts in Business.

Gene Podell Gene has been with Fastrack MCI since October 2017, However, he has over 30 years of experience in construction. Gene spent over 20 years in the Door Industry. He started as an installer and made his way quickly to a Project Manager with a local Florida Door Distributor. He also served many positions as President, Treasurer, Vice-President of the local chapter of DHI

Steve Miller is a General Superintendent at Fastrack Management & Consulting, Inc. He has over 44 years of experience in construction and over 38 years as a Certified General Contractor. He attended Palm Beach Junior College in Lake Worth, FL where he received his Associate Degree in Building Construction. He's been a journeyman carpenter for over 40 years.
